This case asks students to identify and share good and bad uses of social media that could influence their ethical reputation and professional career. Students are also asked to think about how the ethics mindset can help them use social media more appropriately. This case works well to assign individually and then bring students together into groups to share, followed by a full debrief as a class. The solutions provide key areas that can be highlighted, although the list is not exhaustive and does not consider all social media platforms and situations.
